Add social media links to the Foldit website

I don't see any links to Foldit's social media on the Foldit website. It's possible that they're posted somewhere, but they should be more prominent. Social media is very important for keeping the community alive and bringing in a steady flow of new users. The current wave of Coronavirus helpers won't last forever.

Aside from that:
