Hi all,
Rubber band does not snap on binding spots when there are complex proteins loaded. You can test this behaviour with any of the COVID-19 proteins.

When I add bands by hand, it seems
easier when I am also wiggling sidechains.
Coloring by CPK, rendering with sticks,
and showing sidechains and all hydrogens
also help.
To add bands between specific residues
and atom numbers, try one of the recipes
