Possibility to set residue color

Please implement possibility for a script to apply the color schemes on the protein.

In veteran chat Josh discussed the idea to "measure mojo" of a protein. There are the ways to get different statistics on every residue while fuzing it. It would be great to colorize the protein according to some additional data like mojo or its different Foldit interpretations.

The current green/red for color "score" and "score-hydro" is related to total score.
I wonder if there would be an optional way to color them following a specific subscore.
May be adding a set of spots (minuscule colored markers) with various additional score (or abedo) information ?
