Deep mid button should be on the bottom with the actions menu; not in the menu sub menu titled menu. And it should have a hotkey.

The Dec 13th devprev release should allow you to bind a keyboard shortcut to the AlphaFold button. It doesn't have one by default, but if you go into General Options (on the "Menu" bar) and then Controls, AlphaFold should be one of the entries in the Keyboard Shortcuts controls menu. (If you're in an AlphaFold puzzle.)
