Hello, I passed the E-coli level by changing what I suppose the order of the DNA (I replaced the helices by sheets). I passed the level but did not use all the options. Could you please put a save of where we stopped when we won to try to improve the score.
Ps: I have passed the corona virus level and I would also like to know the impact of my victory on your research, out of pure curiosity.

That's okay! In Foldit you don't have to use all of the Foldit tools to contribute!
You should try our Science puzzles, which contribute directly to ongoing research in protein structure and design. We post new Science puzzles every week based on current research progress. The Campaign and Education levels do not contribute directly to biochemistry research. They are meant to instruct the mechanics of Foldit to new players, and some teach some background biochemistry for curious players. If you have already completed the E. coli and coronavirus puzzles, then you are more than ready to tackle the Science puzzles!
hello, I understood that you shouldn't use everything in folifit, but it turns out that after using the wiggle option, you can maybe increase the score by changing some parameters, like using the sidechain pick. Wouldn't it be possible to put an automatic save system, which will ask us if we want to continue, even if the score has been validated?
It might be a way to do some tests while we have a good score.
I hope you will understand my approach.
