Re-activate the categories rankings

The categories ranking were <a href!"https://fold.it/portal/node/992875">introduced in 2012</a> and disapeared in the 2019ies.

It was a good incentive and it was usefull to identify good players in specific puzzle types.

You guys don't need any more good players. :-)

But seriously, this would be an excellent tool for teams to use to scout out potential additions to their groups. It can also be used within teams to identify strengths and weaknesses of their individual players, to offer coaching opportunities.
