I cannot use foldit for more than a minute without receiving an error message saying that it has encountered an error and needs to shut down. I've uninstalled an redownloaded and reinstalled the program several times but still no luck.
What can I do?
all of the entries noted in the title would help the developers determine the nature of your problem. Without them it's awfully difficult to do so.
We have been waiting a week now; I'll mark this as waiting. In another week if there is no data, I will close it.
