Very often, when reverting to a position with "to-best" or "ctrl-1" to "ctrl-3", the protein performs a somersault from the current position to the new one, instead of smoothly shifting.
Why this is a problem: it prevents one from visually perceiving the differences between positions, a very useful piece of information.
