Players who can't be added to groups

I already know of two players who can't be added to groups. This is more than frustrating and completely silly, so I hope you do find out what is causing the problem. Thanks.

We can't take action without examples. Please give at least one example of a player who can't be added to a group.

One of the players is myself, Icecubey1971. I have reported this over a month ago with case #200-6. I am stuck part way between group ILLINOIS (but not totally in ILLINOIS) and would like to leave that group (no one is active in the ILLINOIS group) and would like to join the VOID CRUSHER group. I do NOT have an option on MY PAGE to drop from a group (as some others have indicated exists). I am willing to provide any other information you need.

Icecubey, I indicated in the other feedback entry that your application was clearly visible on the Void Crushers management page. It has since disappeared – either it was denied or you withdrew it.

You are currently not in a group and are free to request membership of VC again.

The other player is dxjones. Back in the days he applied for membership first in Freedom Folders, then in Void Crusher. I have never seen his request in the member management list.

Nor has Icecubey has appeared on that list, so at least I have neither accepted nor denied his request, just for clarification. I still have a lot of emails from each instance (s)he has applied, if the research team wants to check logs or whatever, so I'll gladly provide you with them.

The problem in icecubey's case seems to be that his application to Illinois is pending – it still needs to be approved or rejected by the admin. Until then he can send scores to Illinois, but he isn't officially quite a member of the group yet.

dxjones is not in a group and there is no sign that he has applied to VC. When did he last try?

In the ILLINOIS group, it does not appear that there is anyone there. All of the people's scores are ZERO. Can you REJECT my request to join their group on behalf of them, please ??

dxjones applied on Dec 12 and Nov 4. he has never been in a group, because his profile has had this same problem ever since he started folding; his name doesn't appear in the management list for neither approval nor rejection.

maybe it would be practical to allow people to remove their request themselves, instead of having them waiting for someone on a team to do that for them. or maybe that is how things are done already? (not in ice's case, though)
