Local wiggle sequence

It's been my experience that local wiggle has always allowed for reductions. Especially once an area has been heavily worked.

We are not talking about manual local wiggles but about local wiggle sequences in recipes.

i have same problem after update.
When i run recipe with local wiggle sequence it can lose points.
Before update this never happens.

Before the recent update, local wiggle never reduced the score in recipies. Since the update, it does.
