Logged in to share recipes, was told to run fold it, was already running, not solved by rebooting. Any idea?

Is the button on the webpage "add to cookbook" grey?

Have you logged into the website?

Are you able to use the chat?

No response for a week, assuming the player was not connected to chat.

sorry it's taken a while to respond. The problem persists with my original account, the icon is grey and blue, is that right? Using a mac if it makes a difference.
I created a new account and there is no problem there, so from my point of view it's fine now, but if you want any more info for your purposes….

Thanks, it was probably a chat problem. You need to be connected to the chat to add recipes to your cookbook.
