Foldit shuts down when abandoning a lua script using multiple loops

For the latest script (wiggle by ones + score condition V1.96), I use two loops, where the second loop is exectuted within the first one.
When you try to stop the whole script within the second loop, FoldIt often (not always) shuts down.
Skipping a step by clicking the upper left "stop" button or pushing space bar works as usual.

I guess, there is a problem with stacking.
