Recipe pauses while Foldit window is minimized

Some extra infos:
My present OS is Win7 Home Premium 64bit
It happens only when foldit is minimized to the taskbar, not when it's running in the background.

XP sp3.
Luas scripts always OK, GUI scripts are freezing.
