"test' test" ==> Error
"test" test" ==> OK (but the quotation mark is displayed as ")
In the case of apostrophe, the error message is "Error: database returned invalid result at time" followed by a 10-digit number. The resultion uploaded solution has title "", contains no description text and cannot be downloaded.
