Align Protein to Density Button Causes Hang

In 438, using the align protein to density button causes foldit to become unresponsive. Windows vista.

The current version of the align can take quite a while, so it may appear to hang. It should eventually finish though.

We are working on a much faster version which should be nearly instant.

Since the end of 437 I appear to have become an evolver! Should there be a soloist versiion?
