x-ray tunnel for ligand not working on co2 and you.

No, This is totally different from "show isosurface".

In the secound grouping on the view menu options there are check boxes for

"show isosurface" then
"color mutated segments" and then
"x-ray tunnel for ligand" This is the one i am talking about, then the next grouping starts with

"use relitive score coloring" etc. etc.

On the "VIEW" menu there is a check box for "x-ray tunnel for ligand" Normally this removes the frount part of the protein so that you can see the ligand clearly without the frount part of the protien covering it up. This gives you a clear view of the ligand no matter which way you spin the protein. this does not work on the "co2 and you" puzzle.
This is totally different from "show isosurface".
When the "X ray tunnel for ligand" is checked it makes it much easyer to view the ligand, and the ligand sidechanes and their relasionships to the proteins backbones and the other sidechains.
This was noticed by others in my group so it is a universal bug as far as i know.
I am running "main" on win 7 64bit.

Thank you for the clarification and my apologies for not realizing what you were talking about (I'll be honest: I never used that function before or knew it existed!).

Indeed it doesn't work in either Original or Selection Interface on Puzzle 529 (the only puzzle with a ligand).

I wonder how long that has been broken, since we haven't had a ligand in a while!

Hopefully this'll be an easy fix and again sorry for the confusion on my part.
