Mutate and Sphere Mode display

Another visualization error after mutation, this time in stick view. Like in ball mode, the view fixes itself after change the view option to anything else.

Bump for the GUI bug festival. Another example of mutate / atom-view strangeness. This is highly repeatable. In this case, I mutated a glutamine to arganine.

Have not checked what happens when you mutate in centroid mode (no centroid design puzzles).
