update_while_minimized resets window positions

If update_while_minimized is on, it needlessly messes with the position of windows behind your back.
To reproduce:

1. switch on in your options.txt
2. start foldit
3. open the recipe output window and/or the tracks window (and probably others) and place them near the top of the screen
4. start a scriptV2 recipe
5. minimize foldit window
6. restore foldit window
   The optional windows are now back at their initial location in the center of the screen

My windows appear at the very bottom of the screen. It is extremely annoying, could it be fixed please?
