Centroid Puzzle is buggy

Mac - Main client - shared with scientists, chatted about it with NickyCGS in vet room. Seems related to this feedback: http://fold.it/portal/node/996030

Parts of protein are frozen, and loop segments between 74-82 are frozen either end. Local wiggling that loop section either: in low (.2) CI has no effect on that loop but wiggles the rest of the protein (frozen areas also) - or in 1.0 CI everything moves but the one helix adjacent to that loop.

If this is pulled and you repost - please put the secondary structures on the denovo line. Very difficult to line up which end goes where with no sidechains to look at…

Thank you for bringing this up.

Can you try out the latest devprev release and let us know if the problem persists? Thanks!

Same behavior in latest devprev - but did notice that it only happens with less precise, not with precise. I went back and checked it in Main and same thing - only less precise shows the issue.

tried "straightening' existing solutions using two bands. Wiggle sticks after a few secs but can be restarted. If the helices are frozen - then the client crashes. This happens consistently with pw. tested on different tracks with different solutions (including shared). CI appears to have no relevance.
