Selection interface: Mutate all tool missing on selection

I'm in selection interface (latest devprev) and when I make a selection, I'm not seeing the mutate all tool. I'm pretty sure it has been there before, and It would be rather helpful to have. When I use the hotkey, y, it seems to do a global wiggle, ignoring my selection.

Hey AsDawnBreaks thanks for posting this feedback. Is this on 801b: Abeta Binder Redesign? I've been able to reproduce this by selecting the darker residues with sidechains that can't be mutated.
