Tweak hidden in move tool update

When the move tool was updated, it got rid of tweak in the selection interface.

I think you will find that the move tool now works like a toggle, as per jflat's instructions - there is a button with a blue arrow with a cross on it. You can switch the move tool on and off, the tweak tool is fine in selection.
