Less precise wiggle box

When you change puzzle with less precise wiggle on, the box still shows that it is on.
However it is NOT. Just moving the CI by hand lets it go off.

Also, I turn on less precise wiggle, but when I close out of all my clients, then come back later, it's turned back off.
