Mutate All (Y) is showing the same behavior as rebuild was (Only one graph slot regardless of iterations completed) in the undo graph.
In the Selection Interface, tweak is also showing the same behavior.

We'll be posting an update shortly to newchapter that should address undo with tweak; it should always put something in the undo graph after an adjustment in both classic and selection interfaces.
