Was just trying out the alignment tool in Beginner Mini Arabidopsis puzzle, in case we have alignments in upcoming CASP puzzles. In alignment tool, starting from struct 5, when I checked struct 3 it showed me the ball-and-stick figure for struct 3 as expected. When I clicked the white arrow to align, it changed the shape of my protein to struct 3 as expected, but at the same time removed struct 3 from the top pane of the alignment tool, leaving only struct 5 alignment in top pane, with its checkbox checked, and showing struct 5 stick figure instead of 3. No matter which alignment I aligned to, it always put the struct 5 stick figure back on the screen and removed all but struct 5 from the top pane of the alignment tool.
It also consistently reported struct 5 in the Tab window, even when the protein was actually aligned to one of the other alignments. I think this misreporting in Tab window is an old bug, but it is important now because the CASP organizers want us to report which server model we started from in our submissions, which requires the game to report the correct alignment.
