Added aa's can not be assigned SS

While building the protein in 1035, I reached a point where all newly added aa's at the end of the chain behaved in a manner in which they could not be assigned a different superstructure. I could individually freeze each aa, drag sections, make cuts, and shake and wiggle, but I could not change the assigned SS.

Further, with all of the protein frozen except the aa's that could not be assigned SS, Tvdl Enhanced DRW 2.6.2 could not find any stretch of segments upon which to work.

Hi, if you are working in stick view you will not see the SS until you change back to cartoon
