Hi, there is no online version - it has to be downloaded and installed on your computer. There have been a few server problems in the last couple of days so that may not have helped.

It looks like waiwaichong did that, the client seems to crash while tryign to logn in.

http://blogs.cisco.com/security/talos/malicious-pngs - there are quite a few examples of png files used to dispense malware - I don't open png from unknown senders except in the sandbox, not suggesting that the OP was attempting to do that of course. I try to make my online security as reflexive as putting on a seatbelt.

Problem solved
