The H-Bond Test 2 puzzle was shared at 16514.092

When I loaded it, it said 17374 points needed for evolving

This may be a special case of Beltchley Parks feedback about H-Bond score anomalies.

Got two more instances of this. Sent all three puzzle shares to Scientists for examination.
Some puzzle shares did not show this large number of points necessary for evolving.

Looking at your solution, the issue is that the solution originally came from a previous puzzle, where things scored differently.

This is the behavior for any solution loaded from a previous puzzle.
