On puzzle 1189 Cell Adhesion, I set segments 40 to 47 to Helix, pulled the helix parallel with the rest of the puzzle, then tried to rotate the helix with tweak. Tweak just rotates the entire protein about the helix axis.

This happens when the helix is the only SS defined and the rest is loop. Unexpected behavior but probably working as designed.
