Client scoreboard not updating

I still have empty group/soloist scores (client) for puzzle 1336 (24 hours after it was released).

Likewise again; neither 1336, or 1337 show any sign of a living scoreboard. This seems to be happening more of late that in days of yore. I wonder why.

Edit - Puzzle 1335. The rank is frozen but the score updates. My rank stays at 7 on the scoreboard and at the top of the page.

No rank shows at the top of the page for 1336 and 1337.

There seems to me to be little point in running a competition in vacuuo.
The powers that be at Foldit have again shown that they don't much care
about the denizens of the Foldit world, paying no attention to a problem which
has now been apparent for several days. Even an acknowledgment would be something!
Come on guys, DIGITUS EXTRACTUS!!!

As stated, "repetitive feedback", and I a here to repeat what everyone else has said. 1336/1337 scoreboards do not load, 1335 loaded initially and possibly once or twice more but otherwise has not updated. I believe 1334 was also effected but did still update often enough.

My only theory is perhaps the Amazon firewall i[/i] is flagging us, or the ports used, as 'malicious' and so our requests for updates never make it. Given the amounting issues we've been having in January, I can't help but think there might be something behind this, given that Amazon recently rolled out. (Article I read was dated Dec 26th, 2016)

I've been doing what I can to get an update/fix on this front, but appreciate the updated over the weekend reports.

(Keep in mind today we're under a state of suspended operations due to snow, and as such replies may be a bit slow.)
