Monomers crash using recipes with Mutate

Both clients crashed yesterday running Chaos Wiggle test (no log, drat) with "use mutate" unchecked (still think that the CW function might mutate but unsure, didn't watch it.)
But last night, one of the clients crashed using Banded Worm Pairs which doesn't mutate.
That crashlog (mac version) attached.

The other symptom for this puzzle is that the game play runs much more slowly than previous - another "old" symptom from the 2016-2017 "bad season"… making play tedious and crashes frequent and the monomers nearly unplayable.

I will say that tweaks to the game around March-to-May 2017 improved things greatly but the three crashes - Segmentation Fault, Double Free, and Pointer being freed not allocated - persisted, if much less often.

The slip in my player rank from that period to now clearly shows the effects of the crashing - I cannot use many of the scripts that other players can use to improve their folds so while it may be good for my handholding practice it's like, man, a real bummer.

(player rank for the monomer puzzles, that is)… it should show a steep drop-off somewhere a few monomer puzzles before the crop of "primitives" and continuing with 1479). I hope that this can point to the culprit(s) that are causing those three (or more) types of crashes and why most recipes don't like these puzzles at least on Mac right now. Don't mind making things break on purpose if it can fix something.

Okay well a glance at my monomer results over time doesn't show that much of a drop-off but they are at least 4x harder to get to score well so they SEEM like they are doing worse. :-)

The current 1479 puzzle clients are even harder as they run about half the speed and spend more time crashed (overnight) so much more handwork involved. Can't depend on any of the scripts i typically set to stay on overnight staying stable. (I run multiple clients and it seems to be across devprev and main clients, no noticeable difference in crash frequency … They crash every day, often multiple times. Only thing I've been able to use that "works" and can be used overnight is band fuze without mutate (which somewhat hobbles its effectiveness, mutate improves score quite a lot in bandfuze.)\

Going to try the TvDL DremixW to see if it also crashes (as I haven't tried it because it too was crashing) and see what that does today for "end game."

Also FYI overnight Banded Worm Pairs Infinite Filters 1.2 did not crash on the monomer, but Banded Worm Pairs (not infinite) did on the other client
