1497 Aflatoxin puzzle crash on mutate

Reproducible crash on mutate (happened twice, once while mutating long segment, next while mutating whole puzzle)
(so stop mutating so much LOL)

Thanks for the bug report. (And double thanks for including the 'Aflatoxin crash thread 0 .txt' file - it made tracking it down simple.)

I belive this is related to an issue that's already been identified and fixed in a development version.
