metrics calculated incorrectly when a cut is open

I made a cut in my designed protein (puzzle 1926) and was suddenly awarded points for all three metrics. My protein is nowhere near the target.

Thanks! This comes from a mistake in the puzzle setup for Puzzle 1926. Since the cut structures don't affect puzzle rankings, we won't repost this puzzle. But this should be fixed in future puzzles. We're sorry for the inconvenience!
