Cannot run recipes after loading starter pack

It's not very reproductible. It seems that recipes worked on the first client where I loaded them, but not on other ones (all on same track). On all other clients where I loaded the start pack, no recipe reacterd (even tying via selection interface or opening and running the recipe).

Other strange behaviour: comments of the recipes appear on the left when clicking.
