In client 20220322-9108154a6a-win_x86 and previous clients running a script with cut functionality will make the tweak tool appear while the cut is present. In the original interface this would not happen and to me it seems unnecessary. Unless this is done by design, this seems a bug to me (which takes graphics compute power and may slow things down).
