Numbers for load library compound

@moretti Would it be possible to number the 25 suggestions received on the "Load Library Compound?" I think it would help keep track of which configuration scored what?

Also maybe the above window shouldn't disappear until we close it. Currently it keeps going off by itself after we accept an option.

Thanks for the suggestions – I think I have a working implementation of the compound numbering (and turning off the window disappearance), and that should hopefully go out with the next update.

Yes. The order of compounds should be consistent.
