Earlier today I was making many screenshots of structures I sent to AlphaFold and the structures AlphaFold predicted for them. As I looked at the AlphaFold window and its chart, I thought it would be good if it had several features:
(1) Add to its chart a second score column listing the Foldit score for each predicted structure.
(2) Let us sort its chart based on any of its columns (like title, original score, predicted score, % confidence, and % similarity).
(3) Let us interactively stretch or shrink the width and height of this window. If the width of the window is changed, let most of the change be applied to the width of the chart's title column.
(4) Let us copy the contents of the chart as text so we can paste it into a text file.
