(partially resolved) Usernames with spaces cannot be addressed in private or group messages

I have not found a way to address users with spaces in their name when sending messages via the website. I can send messages to users without spaces, but messages to users with spaces do not get sent or do not arrive. I tried "Bletchley Park", 'Bletchley Park', BletchleyPark and bletchleypark. None work. I have a nick for irc with underscores that do work. How to go about ?
