Hard to stop "cut & wiggle" script.

Takes a long time to stop this script. It writes "no user cut to delete" all over the screen, and takes quite a while to stop.

I'll just try a reply, but you may not be able to read it due to severe server problems.

There is a somewhat new function, structure.GetCuts, which returns a list of where the cuts are. Anything that wants to close all cuts should use that function.

Even with structure.GetCuts, some functions seem very slow on giant puzzles like 2271.

I'll take a look at some Cut & Wiggle scripts to see what's going on.
