By Saturday, round 11 of the G-Protein-Coupled Receptor GPR133 series should be finished. What can you tell us about our results so far? Do we seem to be getting better with each round? What would you like us to improve? What would you like us to avoid? If you look at the results posted in the Foldit wiki (for example, https://foldit.fandom.com/wiki/Puzzle_2304 and https://foldit.fandom.com/wiki/Category:G-Protein-Coupled_Receptor_GPR133) for all the rounds so far (2278 2281 2284 2287 2289 2292 2294 2298 2301 2304 2307), which compounds look best science-wise? Can you critique a few so we get more insight into what makes a good ligand?
