The compound window gives a result code 'error' after submitting the solution which was shared with scientsts called '2339_shared_with_scientsts_error_message'.

This problem persists in puzzle 2342 with the default structure.
Apparently, the ZINC database is offline at the moment, according to @Sciren on the #bugs-and-feedback channel on Discord. The ZINC website doesn't show the current system status.
I think it's up now, new submission returns "Done"
But resubmitted compounds still returning "error", maybe cached?
The compound library is back.
Previously failed compounds immediately get "error" when resubmitted. So it seems like the failures are being remembered, my guess would be on the Foldit end. Time to flush that cache.
As a workaround, try adding a carbon or two to your failed submission. That seems to work, based on a limited test. The results might not be exactly the same as for the original compound, but there should be some overlap.
If the new compound gets results, your original compound may be in the list. If so, your original compound should then get the compound library bonus.
Artoria2e5 mentioned something called smallworld, which was apparently the source of the original problem. I guess that's the interface Foldit uses to search. Further research needed on that front.
There a lot more info in the puzzle comments: https://fold.it/puzzles/2013684
(Edit: restructure and clarify….)
According to rmoretti, the cache was flushed: https://fold.it/forum/bugs/library-reports-error
It seems like this caused the previous "error" compound to be rerun, so a previous "error" entry may now show matches.
