It looks like the ZINC server is throwing spurious errors at the moment. Hopefully that will resolve soon, and then the compounds which are being marked as errors can be re-submitted.

The starting ligand (I call it ic) for Puzzle 2443 gives a library of 25 hits. #9 in ic's library (I call it ic-9) gives 0 instead of +750 for the library bonus. I shared ic-9 with scientists. Why doesn't it give the +750 point library bonus?

It looks like the sever is back up and working fully. The compounds marked as errors have been resubmitted, and most should now have their intended results. (Compounds still reporting errors likely have additional issues with the server.)
