Regarding the inability to freeze things, the puzzle definitions have been updated to add the freeze tool. You may have to exit and restart the puzzle (or the client) to get the updated definitions, though.

The Secondary Structure tool (hotkey L) is also missing.

I agree with Bruno, wiggle sidechains seems to wiggle the backbone as well.

I'm seeing the same issue with wiggle on 2455. Wiggle sidechains (E) causes the backbone to move. This is different than a normal protein puzzle. Wiggle backbone and sidechains (W) can still gain points after a long run of E wiggle, so there's still some difference.

Thank you for reporting this. We have identified the cause blocking wiggling side chains and are working to correct it.

Wiggling sidechains still wiggles more than just sidechains. I'm not sure the behavior has changed. The constraints on puzzle 2458 are probably limiting how much mischief wiggle sidechains can do.

As before, wiggle sidechains (E) seems to find most of the gain. A subsequent wiggle backbond and sidechains (W) tends to find a few more points, but the gain is often quite small.
