One suggestion as a follow-on to the welcome enhancement which lets you choose which part of the molecule stays fixed: make the curly double arrow stay fixed in user space rather than rotate along with the bond when in use. I frequently try and tweak the ligand: see that the result is not what I want and then have to do various mildly awkward procedures like rotating the view and reselecting the double-arrow icon to proceed.
