The current devprev release, V46-20250213-cae7350b02-win_x64-devprev, fixes the issuesu with the "Download" button and the various "Upload" buttons.
It doesn't fix the "Delete" button when deleting a solution on the left side of the display. It also doesn't fix the "Load" button when attempting to load from the let side of the display.
