Based on some quick tests, devprev V46-20250213-cae7350b02-win_x64-devprev seems to fix some issues related to uploading and downloading solutions:

  • in Open/Share Solutions (OSS), selecting a solution on the left side and clicking "Download" results in the solution appearing on the right side immediately (no need to repeat the download or close and re-open OSS)
  • in OSS, selecting a solution on the right and clicking one of the upload buttons results in the solution immediately appearing on the left, no need to click the "Refresh Shared Solutions" button

There are still problems with upload/download:

  • in OSS, selecting a solution on the left and clicking "Load" still results in an "Error opening…for read" popup, but the solution is there after re-opening OSS
  • in OSS, selecting a solution on the left and clicking "Delete" still does not appear to delete the solution – "Refresh Shared Solutions" doesn't help, a restart is needed to see the correct list

There are also a couple of quirks:

  • last release was 44, this is release 46, so release 45 was skipped?
  • date of 20250213 (13 February 2025) in release string seems wrong

@LociOiling Thanks for the testing – to confirm, for "There are still problems", those are pre-existing issues with the current main client, right? (We haven't accidentally made things worse, have we?)

hi @LociOiling 45 was skipped because we used it for a bit of internal testing. the date thing was an error on my part during the release process. release 47 will be coming to devprev imminently to fix that. thanks for the feedback on this.
