New in Foldit release 48, compound library search results will always include "Entry Query: Exact Match" along with any results found.
While it appears with other results, "Entry Query: Exact Match" isn't necessarily found in the compound library.
As the name suggests, "Entry Query: Exact Match" represents the ligand that was submitted for the compound library search.
Loading "Entry Query: Exact Match" gets you back your molecule, which is handy if you didn't save it manually. (Unfortunately, the molecule may be a different position, but it's better than nothing.)
Having "Entry Query: Exact Match" does not mean you'll get the compound library bonus. If there is another result in the list, such as "Entry 1: Exact Match", it means the search found your compound in the library. Loading either "Entry Query: Exact Match" or "Entry 1: Exact Match" should get the compound library bonus.
("Entry 1: Exact Match" is just an example, it's possible the match will be a different number.)
You may also see an "Entry 1: Similarity 1.000000", which would get the bonus, but would be a tautomer of your original ligand, the same chemical formula with one or more atoms in a different spot.
"Entry Query: Exact Match" is a change from earlier Foldit releases, where anything listed in the "Load Compound Library" panel should have received the compound library bonus. (Due to bugs or glitches, the bonus wasn't always rewarded when it should have been.)
