Suggestion to improve filters

The puzzle filters "not enough residues in the core" or "fragment Score" could be explained better.

Clicking on "show all" lights up the entire structure in red. But what is the problem? Is the vague concept of the "core" not sufficiently tightly packed, so I need to compress that structure (never helps) or do I need to mutate all sidechains to something better or what?
It's like saying one has a specific problem, and then outlining the entire general structure to be included in this specific problem.

Potential solutions to solve the filters would be nice.

Or a better functionality of the "show all" function.

also on this topic, though specific to an older puzzle:

Same topic, different filter.

Puzzle914 Contact map: gained points +200
Points from matching predicted contacts
Show

When clicking on "show" nothing happens.
Where are those predicted contact points? Contacts between which bases? Or contacts to another docking molecule? And should I have more of them, or have them close together? Could the predicted contact points be displayed in 3D, so we could hit them where they ought to be?

Could be explained better or programmed better, same as above

yes, Susume, thanks for thelink., I 've worked a bit with the boxplots in eterna.

I am still looking for some (potential?) changes in the "not enough residues" part… :-)
