Description

See if you can improve this Foldit player-designed protein! The starting structure is a Scientist-Shared solution designed by Bletchley Park, mimi, and spvincent in Puzzle 1052. We don't want players to stray too far from the initial design, so there's an Exploration filter to keep solutions close to the starting structure. The Baker Lab will run folding predictions on your solutions for this puzzle, and those that perform well will be synthesized in the lab. Remember, you can use the Upload for Scientists button for up to 5 designs that you want us to look at, even if they are not the best-scoring solutions!

using deprive and not being able to do anything with filters - seems much slower than the original. Mac OS 10
