This is a partition puzzle for Phase Two of the Partition Tournament! The starting structure is a design by MicElephant from Phase One of the tournament, and is now vulnerable to challenges. Players can challenge the design by playing this puzzle and refolding the starting structure into other high-scoring structures. The starting structure is marked with secondary structure predictions from PSIPRED, and may give clues about how this protein could be refolded.
