IntermediateThis sandbox puzzle features three successful protein binders designed by scientists in this recent research paper. There are three starting structures, showing designed binders for CD3-delta, FGF receptor 2, and IGF1 receptor. Reset the puzzle to cycle through the different starting structures.

Hmm, this look like a bug with multi-start puzzles, and unfortunately I don't have a solution for it right now. Your old solutions may be "trapped" in the expired puzzle.
If you want to continue working with those solutions, you will have to do so in the expired puzzle. Beware that the expired puzzle is not fully compatible with a forthcoming update, and Foldit may crash if you try to share solutions between devprev and main clients.
Has the scoreboard been halted then? I'm at 12,558 and still showing 11,995 on the scoreboard.
That is strange. You're playing online? I wonder if your client is having trouble reaching the server. You may try saving your solution and restarting Foldit.
Also worth double checking that you are not playing the expired version of this puzzle. Yesterday we closed and reposted the original Successful Binder Design Sandbox puzzle in preparation of a software update.
Thanks, will try both.
as Loci and Aubade01 had. Started over, that was an equally bad mess. Quitting the puzzle.
